These are the finalists for Pendoring 2018


The time has finally come for us to announce our finalists for the 2018 Pendoring Awards. After a two-day intensive judging period (2-3 October), our Jury President Xolisa Dyeshana and the rest of the twelve-member jury chose 164 finalists from 23 agencies in the main categories. In the student categories, they chose 45 finalists from seven schools.

As the judges wrapped up on, Wednesday, Dyeshana who is the Chief Creative Officer and partner at Joe Public, said: "Whether we realise this or not, the work we've seen is the future. The work that is going to be produced in SA is going to be significantly different from the work of yesteryear."

Richardt Strydom, Creative Visual Lead at Black Khaki Brand Communicators, said the student work improved significantly and this year’s entries were the best he’d seen for the past two years.
